The following is a guide on how to unlock the ending sequence so that V can continue their relationship with Panam or Judy
The Star ending is also known as (All Along the Watchtower) – Panam’s path, and Aldecaldos’ path and is the ending where V leaves Night City with the Aldecaldos.
Depending on who you pick when given the option on Misty’s rooftop, V’s romantic interest will show up.
No matter what you do, Panam and Judy will always leave Night City, and River and Kerry will always remain there. You can continue your relationship with Panam or Judy by choosing the Star ending.
The quests you will need to complete include:
- We Gotta Live Together
- Forward to Death
- Belly of the Beast
- Changes All Along the Watchtower
To unlock the Star ending you will need to do the following steps:
- Complete Panam’s Queen of the Highway side job
- Choose to ask Panam for help
- Take the omega-blockers (pills)
- Inside Mikoshi, enter the well as V to return to V’s body
- Finish All Along the Watchtower
The rewards you will get are:
- Aldecaldos rally bolero jacket
- Amnesty (dependent)
- Overwatch
- Legendary Gorilla Arms
The jacket and revolver are obtained during We Gotta Live Together. The rifle and the arms are rewarded after finishing the game.
Depending on how the story ends, V will either keep or throw away the necklace that Misty gave them. When traveling on top of the Basilisk, V takes off the necklace and gazes at it. Then they’ll throw it into the desert.
