Starfield: All Available Player Homes

Starfield: All Available Player Homes

With a universe this big, it makes sense that we can get a slice of that, making it our own. Starfield gives players quite a selection of homes to view, and obtain.

Similar to previous Bethesda games, certain homes aren’t immediately available for purchase. Some require you to complete specific quests, and then some have other prerequisites.

The Lodge (New Atlantis):

The Lodge

This is the first home/room that you will gain access to. Free of charge as well, might I add. Following the main Campaign will lead you here early on. The Lodge is the HQ for the Constellation faction. Once you’ve done a few quests, you can speak to Noelle and she will give you a tour of the place.

The tour finishes with them leading you to your very own room. The basement area here is the treasure.

The Lodge

You have access to all the work/crafting benches a research station and best of all, a storage locker where you can store all your hoarded loot in.

Another feature this home has is that you can easily fast travel to it, making access to this home very effortless whereas you can’t do that with many of the other homes.

Parents Home (New Atlantis):

AYour Parent's Home

Available if you choose this kid’s stuff trait only. Albeit this being a home, you only have a small bedroom that’s your own. You can’t decorate this place either, unfortunately.

However, it does come with two NPCs that play the role of your character’s parents. What makes this home unique is that both of them have full scripted lines making them quite memorable house guests when you do visit.

Your parents home in Starfield

This home can be accessed via the Pioneer Tower in the Residential District of New Atlantis.

Sleep Crate (Neon):

Sleep Crate

This isn’t much of a home, but if you lack the credits for anything more substantial, this one will work while you’re saving up for that dream home.

Costing 6,500 credits will give you ownership of this home. There’s a sleep crate vendor in Ebbside in Neon where you can purchase this one from. Izna Sundaraman in The Ebbside is the vendor selling this one. Take the Ebbside entrance in between Enhance! and the Volii Hotel to reach her.

Sleep Crate

This home can be customized, so that’s a bonus, adding some value to this home. The treasure here is that this home gives you access to store the psychedelic fish drug Aurora, which you can’t take out of Neon unless you want a one-way trip to prison.

The Well Apartment (New Atlantis):

The Well Apartment

Perhaps not the best location in New Atlantis but we got to start somewhere and this place isn’t that expensive to start at.

One of the perks of The Well is that there are several vendors that you have access to relatively fast and the Trade Authority outpost. This one also has a larger budget to buy what you’re selling making selling stolen things a lot easier.

The Well Apartment

To unlock this home, you will need to become a citizen of the United Colonies. This is done by completing the faction quests. Once that’s done you can purchase this place for 30 000 credits from the Aphelion Realty building.

Stretch Apartment (Akila City):

Stretch Apartment

Located in Midtown, opposite Sinclair’s bookstore, a place you will be visiting a few times if you did accept a collection of quests elsewhere. From the Coe Monument, walk past Coe Heritage Museum while following the dirt path as it curves right. You will come to a set of stairs leading to Sinclair’s Books. The building is on the left with a for sale sign.

Stretch Apartment

The Stretch isn’t the best part of Akila City, but it has a few useful amenities that you have access to easily. Another bonus is that it isn’t too far from the city’s entrance either.

Owning this home will cost you 45,000 credits. Unlike a few other homes that you can rent per week, this one is only available for purchase and cannot be rented.

Stretch Apartment

To purchase this home you will need to speak to the real estate agent Ngodup Tate who can be found standing outside Core Manor.

Core Manor (Akila City):

Core Manor

Finally the good stuff. A historic home situated in the finer part of Akila City.

Finding the home itself though requires way too much traveling, unfortunately. Thus far the easiest method is to travel to The Rock. From there go past the Lance estate and past the Freestar Collective.

Core Manor

The Core Manor can be found next to the ruins at the back of The Rock. Purchasing it will require 78,000 credits and you can buy it from Ngodup Tate who will be standing by the house.

Core Manor

Sky Suite (Neon):

Sky Suite

Located in Neon’s trade tower. This is the most expensive home players can buy at this stage. Costing a whopping 235,000 credits.

With a price like that it makes sense that it’s not tied to any specific Quest or faction. You simply visit the Astral Lounge and speak to the bartender Boon to purchase the home.

Sky Suite

The Trade Tower is located in the Bayu Plaza district of town, so not a lot of traveling to do here.

Penthouse (New Atlantis):

Penthouse (New Atlantis)

Easily the largest home players can get in the game. However, it isn’t for sale at all, and owning it has quite a requirement that needs to be met.

Penthouse (New Atlantis)

To obtain this home you will need to complete the United Colonies faction questline entirely. You need citizenship and to get that you will need to join the UC Vanguard.

Dream Home (Nesoi):

Dream Home

This home is only available if you choose the Dream Home trait. To say that this place is big is an understatement. You basically have a portion of plenty to yourself.

If you have the kid’s stuff trait as well, you can also move your parents here. Having the Dream Home perk isn’t all that’s needed. You will need to do a bit of travelling first.

In New Atlantis, you will have to visit Galbank and speak to the clerk there, who will explain to you that this house has a weekly rental fee of 500 credits. They will also give you the option to purchase it once-off for 125,000 credits. The home is located in the Olympus system on the planet Nesoi.

Dream Home

That’s the list of available homes in Starfield. If more are introduced in the future, we’ll make sure to include them in this article.
