Abattoir of Zir is said to be unbeatable at this stage

Diablo 4 is rumored to be getting an endgame event that is so difficult that it is practically unbeatable.

Wudijo, a popular Diablo 4 streamer and content creator, claims to have played the upcoming Abattoir of Zir event at BlizzCon 2023. The event appears to be an endgame challenge that will be released on December 5 as part of the game’s second season, Season Of Blood. However, the creator left his preview with the impression that “nobody is supposed to complete the final tier of Abattoir of Zir.”

Abattoir of Zir will be available only to hack ‘n’ slashers who have completed the most recent Season Journey challenges, which means you’ll have plenty of practice in preparation for a hellish final fight. Wudijo also states that monster levels exceed the Nightmare Dungeon maximum (Level 154), and that even meta-favorite builds, such as Ball Lightning Sorcerers and HotA Barbarians, aren’t supposed to beat the final tier due to enemies’ exorbitant health pools.

Some Diablo fans on the game’s subreddit seemed surprised by the new challenge. “Someone very good with spreadsheets will finish it, post the build, and we’ll see thousands in the wild,” joked Redditor Environmental_Park.

Another player, Amarules on Reddit, expressed concern about the lack of build variety in response to the news. “This already worries me,” they wrote, ” If the most brokenly overpowered builds can’t finish it, then 90% of builds have no chance. This just further pushes everybody into playing the top meta builds if they have any aspiration for success. I can’t think of anything more dull. “

Regardless, Diablo 4’s future appears to be promising. Blizzard developers recently teased that the long-rumored Cow Level might be real after all, cursing the community for its never-ending search. The first expansion, Vessel of Hatred, brings back an iconic location from Diablo 2 as well as a new class. Following Microsoft’s successful acquisition of Activision Blizzard, you shouldn’t expect any crossovers with other Xbox-owned characters.
