This new expansion is said to be the game’s biggest to date and is coming in March next year.
Ubisoft has confirmed the upcoming expansion, which will offer approximately 35 hours of gameplay and a new area about one-third the size of England.
The DLC will see Eivor assume the role of Odin and embrace their destiny as the Allfather in the dwarven kingdom of Svartalfheim, with a focus on mythology this time around.

As Odin, you’ll embark on a quest to save your son Baldr in this new Norse world, which will be filled with new foes from Muspelheim’s fiery realms, as well as Jotunheim’s Frost Giants.
The expansion will also introduce new abilities through the use of a bracer given to you by the dwarves of the realm. Shapeshifting into a raven and teleportation are among the new abilities.

Ubisoft Sofia creative director Mikhail Lozanov said about the game:
“One of the key elements of the vision of Dawn of Ragnarök is to make players engage with the world and its inhabitants; to encourage players to observe and explore the world, and to experiment with the challenges we offer them. The powers that Odin can acquire from defeated enemies will allow players to traverse the vast world and create opportunities that were not possible before.”
Players will also be able to test out Valkyries’ tasks as part of the Expansion. This new feature allows you to compete in an arena against both old and new foes. When you begin these trails, you will have the option of increasing the difficulty to earn greater rewards.
