In Autopsy Simulator you play a Pathologist named Jack who cuts up cadavers and uses science to uncover the cause of death of said bodies.
The gruesomeness of the dissection is somewhat marred though by the almost cartoonish sound effects, which are exaggerated in order to add that fear factor.
The developer Woodland Games says that each case has been,
“created with the help of pathomorphologists and forensic doctors, so you will feel as if you’re involved in a real autopsy process”.
Cutting up bodies is not all this game entails though as there is pill-popping, being chased by monsters, running down creepy corridors and finding weird things in your cadaver’s stomach like your missing wife’s wedding ring and don’t forget the roaches.

Unfortunately, there is no set release date as yet for Autopsy Simulator, but this is one we are anticipating, being big fans of horror here at MGR Gaming.
