Confirmed Games Coming To Xbox Game Pass For 2021

Xbox Game Pass has confirmed many more titles for subscribers to enjoy before the end of 2021.

This year has been a treasure trove of games for Xbox Game Pass subscribers with titles such as A Plague Tale: Innocence, Surgeon Simulator 2, Sable, NBA 2K21, Madden 21, and Star Wars: Squadrons among many others already being made available and the fun won’t end there according to Xbox.

There are only a few months left to 2021 and Xbox has announced some titles that will be gracing subscriber’s screens before the year comes to a close. Among these titles are a lot of varied genres for every taste with many strategy titles as well as Tower Defense, Snowboarding, Action-Adventure, and Roguelike Shooters among the mix.

The fourteen titles that have been confirmed so far are:

Lemnis Gate (28th of September ):

Lemnis Gate is a time-warping, turn-based, multiplayer combat strategy FPS. Over five alternating turns taking place in a 25” time-loop, you are called to master the unique abilities of a varied cast of deep-space operatives and outskill, outsmart, and outmanoeuvre your opponent in mind-bending, four-dimensional battles.

Phoenix Point (1st of October):

a strategy video game featuring a turn-based tactics system and is set in 2047 on an Earth in the midst of an alien invasion, with Lovecraftian horrors on the verge of wiping out humanity. Players start the game in command of a lone base, Phoenix Point, and face a mix of strategic and tactical challenges as they try to save themselves and the rest of humankind from annihilation by the alien threat.

Back 4 Blood (12th of October):

Back 4 Blood is a thrilling cooperative first-person shooter from the creators of the critically acclaimed Left 4 Dead franchise. You are at the center of a war against the Ridden.

These once-human hosts of a deadly parasite have turned into terrifying creatures bent on devouring what remains of civilization. With humanity’s extinction on the line, it’s up to you and your friends to take the fight to the enemy, eradicate the Ridden, and reclaim the world.

The Riftbreaker (14th of October);

You play the role of captain Ashley S. Nowak – you are the Riftbreaker, an elite scientist/commando inside a powerful Mecha-Suit. Enter a one-way portal to Galatea 37, a distant planet at the far reaches of the Milky Way Galaxy, with the purpose of building up a base that will allow travel back to Earth and further colonization.

Ashley’s Mecha-suit, which she calls “Mr. Riggs”, can withstand the harshest environmental conditions and has a full range of equipment for base construction, resource extraction, gathering specimens, and of course – combat. It is capable of traveling through rifts that connect space across vast distances.

Into the Pit (19th of October):

As members of a family of lore-hunting mystics, you and your cousin Luridia separately wander the land following rumors of occult power. After discovering a demonic pit in a nearby village, Luridia’s once prolific letters grow silent.

Something has gone terribly wrong.

Now it is up to you to journey to the desolate hamlet under dark eldritch skies. What did Luridia discover? And what great power has this village unearthed?

Age of Empires 4 (28th of October) (PC Only);

Unpacking (2nd of November):

Unpacking is a zen game about the familiar experience of pulling possessions out of boxes and fitting them into a new home. Part block-fitting puzzle, part home decoration, you are invited to create a satisfying living space while learning clues about the life you’re unpacking. Over the course of eight house moves, you are given a chance to experience a sense of intimacy with a character you never see and a story you’re never told.

Forza Horizon 5 (9th of November);

Halo Infinite (8th of December):

Shredders (December 2021):

Shredders is a snowboarding game inspired by the classic Amped series and snowboarding movies. Co-developed by I-Illusions, and Let It Roll, the game looks to be somewhere in the middle between arcade and simulation, with power-ups and an emphasis on pulling off stylish tricks.

The Gunk (December 2021):

The Gunk is the third-person action-adventure you’ve been waiting for! Lead a duo of outer space explorers that chance upon a dangerous planet plagued by a corruptive gunk. Explore, gather, craft… and survive.

Scorn (No Confirmed Date Yet):

Scorn is an atmospheric first-person horror adventure game set in a nightmarish universe of odd forms and somber tapestry.

It is designed around the idea of “being thrown into the world”. Isolated and lost inside this dream-like world, you will explore different interconnected regions in a non-linear fashion. The unsettling environment is a character itself.

Every location contains its own theme (story), puzzles, and characters that are integral in creating a cohesive world. Throughout the game, you will open up new areas, acquire different skill sets, weapons, various items and try to comprehend the sights presented to you.

Hello Neighbor 2 (No Confirmed Date Yet):

Think you can trust your neighbors? Think again.

Hello Neighbor 2 is a stealth horror game about uncovering your creepy neighbor’s secrets. You are a journalist looking to solve the Neighbor’s case since no one else dares to. Play against a complex opponent controlled by an advanced AI that learns from you and all the other players! As time passes and the Neighbor adapts to the players’ patterns, his own behavior will change and surprise you. Will you be the one to outsmart the Neighbor and find out what he’s hiding?

The Anacrusis (No Confirmed Date Yet):

The Anacrusis is a four-player, cooperative first-person shooter set aboard a massive starship stranded at the edge of explored space. Team up with your friends in an infinitely replayable fight against alien hordes to unlock perks, weapons, and new ways to play that you can share with your team!

What is Xbox Game Pass?

Xbox Game Pass is a game subscription service hosted by Microsoft. Being a valid subscription holder gives you access to a massive library of games. There are new games joining Xbox Game Pass regularly.

If the game supports it, you can play it on our Xbox One/ Xbox Series console, or Windows 10, last but not least, Android devices can also enjoy the supported games via xCloud. 

Xbox Game Pass also gives subscription holders a number of other perks. There are numerous perks that subscription holders have access to, however, some are only available on Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.
