This post-launch update will appear as a picture in picture display during the cutscenes.
This ground-breaking news comes via a Blog Post on Xbox Wire from the Creative Director of Playground Games himself Mike Brown.
In the post, he stated: “ We’re constantly listening to the community to make Forza Horizon 5 an inclusive experience for everyone to enjoy. With this in mind, the team is excited to share we are also working on American Sign Language (ASL) and British Sign Language (BSL) support for cinematics in Forza Horizon 5.”
The game already has a few accessibility features that will make it as inclusive as possible, such as the ability to disable moving backgrounds and colorblind settings, and now with this added bonus, many more gamers will be able to play this exciting new upcoming game.

This feature won’t be available from launch on the 9th of November but as a post-launch update.
In this feature, the interpreter will appear at the bottom of the screen and the player can choose either ASL (American Sign Language) or BSL (British Sign Language).
They have also released this video showcasing this new feature and others:
For those who aren’t aware FORZA Horizon 5 is a racing game in the Forza series that will be coming out tomorrow the 9th of November for PC, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
The game will be set in an open world based on a fictional representation of Mexico. FORZA Horizon 5 will have the largest map in the series being 50% larger than its predecessor FORZA Horizon 4. The map will be “one of the most diverse Forza Horizon maps the team has built” and will contain areas such as an active Caldera Volcano, jungles and beaches, ancient Mayan temples, and cities such as Guanajuato.
The game will have a new weather system that will display the various weather climates of the “Mexican” countryside while simultaneously displaying many weather systems.

Another new feature to be introduced is “FORZA link,” which is an AI assistant that tracks users’ current statuses and assists them in connecting with other players online and playing together. If a player accepts an invitation from another player, Forza Link can link their GPS systems.
With all these new features it is no surprise that FORZA Horizon 5 Is one of this year’s most anticipated racing games and Playground Games will surely be adding many more amazing features as patches and updates are introduced.
