Gamescom is over for this year and we bring you the highlights and announcements that came along with this exciting weekend.
The first-ever digital version of Gamescom ran this past weekend and with it came incredible news, new trailers, and gameplay videos for the most anticipated upcoming games.
DOOM Eternal The Ancient Gods: Part One.
This game was among Some of the biggest games that were revealed. The release date for this highly anticipated game will be the 20th of October this year and we were graced with some amazing gameplay and terrifying new enemies in a new trailer.
Little Nightmares 2
Another highly anticipated game to get a gameplay video and the results were 15 minutes filled with horror and eerily enticing gameplay, to say the least.
Destiny 2: Beyond Light.
This game has a new ability “Stasis”, that was showcased as well. The Stasis abilities include freezing enemies, creating obstacles, and a lot more.
The Outer Worlds: Peril on Gorgon DLC .
This DLC has also gotten new gameplay, and in IGN’S gameplay video there are new characters, locations, and weapons that are shown off.
Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time Flashback Levels.
A new feature by the developer Toys for Bob will be bringing players to the beginning of Crash Bandicoot before the Trilogy even. The game will feature tough throwback levels that you can unlock via discoverable VHS tapes. Players can only discover these tapes in difficult levels that will have them navigate particularly challenging test chambers.
That is not all that will be new though, villains like Dr. Neo Cortex and Dingodile will be playable, and a new N. Verted mode for Crash 4 will offer a unique take on mirror mode and an extra incentive to replay all its levels.
Borderlands 3: Psycho Krieg and the Fantastic Fustercluck DLC.
This DLC will be released on the 10th of September this year.
Medal of Honor: Above and Beyond
This is the new Respawn entertainment VR game coming this year and will feature some intense VR combat for any fans of the War game genre.
Age of Empires III: Definitive Edition.
This game will be released on the 15th of October this year and, the trailer shows some promising new gameplay, enhanced Audio, 4k Ultra HD graphics, and two new game modes just to name a few new features.
