Fans of the critically acclaimed Mafia trilogy are in for a treat in two-parts. Firstly, Mafia one is being Fully remade and Secondly Mafia 2 and 3 Definitive Editions are both free to those users who already own the originals on Steam.
If you only own part of the trilogy, don’t fret you will get a discounted upgrade.
Hangar 13 is giving Mafia one a major overhaul by recreating the fictional city of Lost Haven almost from scratch with a brand-new engine.
In this remake you will get among other things, a new and updated script, all-new cutscenes, and some “additional gameplay sequences” promised by the developers.
You can also obtain it as part of the Mafia Trilogy and it will count as a pre-order, unlocking a new vehicle, new outfit, and new weapon skin.
The Mafia Remake will be available from the 28th of August this year.
Mafia 2: Definitive Edition is a 4k remaster of the original game and will contain all campaign DLC, you will also get new vehicle and clothing packs to enjoy. Along with this content you will get Vito’s leather jacket and his car.
Mafia 3: Definitive Edition will include all the DLC that were made for this game as well as Lincoln’s awesome Army jacket and his car.
All three titles are now available for PS4, Xbox One, and Windows PC.
