A new update has just been released for Call Of Duty: Black Ops – Cold War that will introduce a new hardcore playlist. Among other new changes.
Treyarch has just released a new update for Call of Duty: Black Ops – Cold War as part of the latest patch. This update will introduce players to a new hardcore option for Moshpit. Moshpit is of course a variety playlist that cycles between CoD’s most popular maps and modes.
They have also squashed some major bugs regarding the competitive League Play mode’s ladder system.
Some of the patches included in the update include HC Rapid Fire Moshpit that was added to quick play.
The “Guerrilla Warfare” Season challenge will now track kills from any of the weapons that a player should pick up, and not only from killed players weapons as before.
If you happen to get wrongly placed into a broken ladder then playing another match will now put you into a working ladder.
They also addressed the issue that was causing names on the ladder to be blank.
Treyarch has also added various fixes to the stability of objectives in Outbreak. They also resolved the issue that was stopping players from completing their objective if they were carrying a canister and left a co-op match in progress.
They fixed nother issue that was causing Graphic corruption when players used upgraded Frenzied Guard Field Upgrade. Finally, they resolved the issue where a player couldn’t listen to three radio transmissions in “Firebase Z”.
The new Hardcore Mode will be a welcomed addition to the players that have felt the TTK (time to kill) has gotten to be a bit too high in the Call Of Duty: Black Ops-Cold War multiplayer modes.
For those of you who haven’t yet played the new installment of Call Of Duty: Black Ops, the game’s campaign is set during the early 1980s of the Cold War, taking place between Call of Duty: Black Ops (2010) and Black Ops II (2012) chronologically.
It is centered around a pursuit of the alleged Soviet spy Perseus, whose stated goal is to subvert the United States and tilt the balance of power toward the Soviet Union.
Those hardcore fans of Call Of Duty: Black Ops-Cold war will be happy to know that Treyarch is actively working on all the bugs and issues that arise as the game steadily gains popularity.
