Following reports of players experiencing difficulties logging into official servers, Palworld developers Pocket Pair have announced plans to bolster anti-cheat measures within the game.
In a statement posted on the official Palworld X Account, Pocket Pair emphasized its commitment to maintaining a fair and fraud-free gaming environment. The developers acknowledged the severity of cheating and fraudulent activity, promising to address these issues as a top priority.

The first step in their plan involves the implementation of a player list function for servers. This feature aims to assist both players and developers in identifying and suspending cheaters effectively. Subsequently, an external anti-cheat solution will be integrated into the game. While the specific details of this anti-cheat system remain undisclosed, Pocket Pair assures players that it will be optional for community servers, single-player, and cooperative modes.
Furthermore, Pocket Pair pledges to introduce additional measures against cheating in the future, with further details potentially outlined in upcoming patch notes.
Despite their dedication to combating cheating, Pocket Pair acknowledges the challenges they face in addressing all issues promptly. The statement concludes with an apology for any inconvenience caused and reassurance of ongoing efforts to uphold fair play within Palworld.
In addition to addressing cheating concerns, the most recent Palworld patch addressed save-game corruption issues and implemented initial anti-cheat measures. Pocket Pair has also responded to claims of player drop-off following the game’s successful launch. Looking ahead, Palworld has plans to introduce PvP and Raid Bosses in future updates.
