Sony has said in a tweet that the anticipated post-apocalyptic game The Last Of Us Part II, has now been indefinitely delayed due to the Pandemic that is plaguing us all.

The Game was scheduled for release on 29 May of this year and is just about ready.

Unfortunately, due to “logistical and economic reasons” this won’t occur until further notice.

Naughty Dog had this to say about it:” We were faced with the reality that due to logistics beyond our control, we couldn’t launch The Last of Us Part II to our satisfaction. We want to make sure everyone gets to play The Last of Us Part II around the same time, ensuring that we’re doing everything possible to preserve the best experience for everyone. This meant delaying the game until such a time where we can solve these logistic issues. We’re hoping that this won’t be a long delay and we’ll update you as soon as we have new information to share.

This is also not the first time The Last Of Us II has been delayed, previously scheduled for the 21st February this year we are starting to get concerned.

According to Sony, Iron Man VR has also been delayed until further notice.

This is not good news for those expectant gamers waiting patiently for these titles. We will be keeping you up to date as this story unfolds.
