With Game Pass there is no loser! It is a win-win everytime!

August isn’t even over yet and Xbox Game Pass has already announced the new games subscribers can play for September. These 7 games include some big titles and they have even thrown in Slime Rancher 2 as a day one release.

Another excellent game to keep an eye out for is Grounded (1.0 release), which has been in Early Access for two years and includes a story that you can learn about as you explore and ward off the backyard creatures.

Here is a closer look at the games on offer this month from Xbox Game Pass:

Disney Dreamlight Valley (Early Access) (Console) (6th of September):

Disney Dreamlight Valley is a hybrid between a life-sim and an adventure game rich with quests, exploration, and engaging activities featuring Disney and Pixar friends, both old and new.

Once an idyllic land, Dreamlight Valley was a place where Disney and Pixar characters lived in harmony—until the Forgetting. Night Thorns grew across the land and severed the wonderful memories tied to this magical place. With nowhere else to go, the hopeless inhabitants of Dreamlight Valley retreated behind locked doors in the Dream Castle.

Now it’s up to you to discover the stories of this world and bring the magic back to Dreamlight Valley!

Train Sim World 3 (Console, PC, Cloud) (6thof September):

Conquer American mountains as you haul incredible tonnage with the workhorses of industry, get the British capital’s commuters to work in record time, and race state-to-state aboard German high-speed traction. Play your own way with creative tools. Master the machine with Train Sim World 3.

Outer Wilds (Xbox Series X|S version) (Console) (15th of September):

Welcome to the Space Program!

You’re the newest recruit of Outer Wilds Ventures, a fledgling space program searching for answers in a strange, constantly evolving solar system. What lurks in the heart of the ominous Dark Bramble? Who built the alien ruins on the Moon? Can the endless time loop be stopped?

Answers await you in the most dangerous reaches of space. The planets of Outer Wilds are packed with hidden locations that change with the passage of time.

Visit an underground city before it’s swallowed by sand, or explore the surface of a planet as it crumbles beneath your feet. Every secret is guarded by hazardous environments and natural catastrophes.

Beacon Pines (Console, PC) (22nd of September):

Beacon Pines is a cute and creepy adventure set within a mysterious book. You play as both the reader of the book and its main character, Luka. Something strange is happening at the old warehouse, and Luka and his friends seem to be the only ones taking notice. Sneak out late, make new friends, uncover hidden truths, and collect words that will change the course of fate!

Slime Rancher 2 (Early Access) (Console, PC) (22nd of September):

Slime Rancher 2 is a sequel to the award-winning, smash-hit original that has been enjoyed by over 15 million fans worldwide. Continue the adventures of Beatrix LeBeau as she journeys to Rainbow Island, a mysterious land brimming with ancient technology, unknown natural resources, and an avalanche of wiggling, jiggling, new slimes to discover.

As Beatrix attempts to unravel the island’s secrets and uncover its true purpose, she’ll build, ranch, and farm within a beautiful conservatory, whose sparkling glass walls give her full view of the prismatic paradise she now calls home.

Grounded (1.0 release) (Console, PC, Cloud) (22nd of September):

Grounded is a survival game that can be played either in first-person or a third-person. In the game, the protagonist is shrunk to the size of an ant and must strive to survive in a backyard.

In the game, the player character needs to consume an adequate amount of food and water, or they will lose health due to starvation or dehydration respectively.[2] The backyard is filled with various bugs and insects, such as spiders, bees, dust mites, and ladybugs.

Moonscars (Console, PC) (27th of September):

Under grim moonlight, the fierce clayborne warrior Grey Irma battles, driven by a lonesome purpose: Find the Sculptor, and unravel the mystery of her existence.

Push the limits of your combat skills, and master new abilities to progress through an unforgiving nonlinear 2D world. Face off against the relentless darkness that seeks to destroy you. In Moonscars, every death is a lesson learned—and as you overcome each challenge, new truths will be revealed.
