Here are the games that you’ll get if you are an Xbox Live Gold Subscriber.
April is literally staring us in the face and with a new month comes new games from Xbox Games With Gold and this month subscribers can look forward to four games with varied genres.
The genres this month vary from top-down single-player to Indie Adventure puzzle, to city building, and finally a bit of racing action thrown in for good measure.
Without further ado here are the four games available for Game With Gold subscribers this month:
Another Sight (1st of April to the 30th):
A stealth-action game where you have to “rotate the camera” to find a Way Forward in a 2D dot-art x 3D stage.
Look carefully at the enemies!
Rotate the camera, sometimes from behind, sometimes from above, to find a way forward/hiding place.
Try to reach the glowing white goal. Go to the grave of your grandparents: ……My grandparents’ grave in my hometown is going to be torn down for land use. ……The goal is to reach the Tomb of the Grandparents, one last time: ……
Wait for me. Grandpa. Grandma. This is the story of a grandfather’s secret and sad wish that was entrusted to his grandson, a young girl.
Hue (16th of April to the 15th of May):
Hue is a vibrant, award-winning puzzle-adventure, where you alter the world by changing its background colour. You explore a dangerous grey land, unearthing-coloured fragments on a journey to find your missing mother. As obstacles match the background, they disappear, creating new and exciting puzzles – full of peril, mystery… and colours unseen.
Outpost Kaloki X (1st of April to the 15th):
Outpost Kaloki X is a city-building video game for the Xbox 360 that places the player in the role of a manager, tasked with building a financially successful fantasy space station.
In Outpost Kaloki X, players try to address the needs of visiting space voyagers, while simultaneously attempting to meet any special victory conditions for the current scenario.
Players do this by analyzing the small supply and demand bars next to each of the five types of service buildings available, such as social or research.
When a demand is largely unmet, it represents an opportunity to build a new structure of the appropriate type in order to satisfy that demand and earn money to provide further services. As the game progresses, players can build larger, more expensive structures which satisfy more customers at once with a higher quality of service.
MX vs ATV Alive (16th of April to the 30th):
MX vs. ATV Alive is an off-road racing game and is the fourth title in the series. There are four different difficulty settings to choose from, so you should have no problem finding appropriately challenging AI opposition.
As you recklessly throw yourself into corners launch off of huge mounds of dirt, you have to contend with opponents who, while capable of making mistakes, are always fiercely competitive.
Collisions are commonplace, but where in previous games these would often end badly, here they can work to your advantage because it’s not uncommon to send an opponent to the dirt without taking a tumble yourself.

What are Games with Gold?
Games with Gold was first announced during E3 in 2013. It is a program that offers free Xbox games to users who have an Xbox Live Subscription. As long as you have an active subscription, you will have access to all currently available Games with Gold.
