  3. A Story about fathers and sons, and revenge.
  4. Pirate hunting and loot…

Replayability:

Borderlands 2 is replayable in every sense, and since this DLC adds onto that, it becomes part of the replayability.

Sand
Plenty of new critters to content with!

MGR Gaming’s Conclusions:

Borderlands 2: Headhunter 5: Son of Crawmerax is the fifth and final Headhunter DLC and can be accessed by fast traveling to Wham Bam Island. It is a brand new add-on to the Borderlands 2 world, a retirement home of sorts where we were supposed to go for some peace, quiet and relaxation, but all that gets cancelled quickly once Sir Hammerlock gets wormnapped by The Son of Crawmerax, the real reason we came here… It is from there that we set out to rescue Sir Hammerlock. Wham Bam Island offers a few quests and explorable areas.

Ship
Ahoy there!

The entirety of this place can be cleared out in less than two hours give or take a few minutes which depends on your style of play, it may seem small and lacking, but the real reason for this one is the Uberboss The Son of Crawmerax, just like we hunted his dad over and over and over again hoping for those Pearlescent loot drops ( kind of makes sense now why he wants revenge), so does he serve a purpose, to be hunted over and over again for the best possible loot…

Another Son will make contact sharing his dastardly plan to kill all of you for killing his dad too. The entirety of the island is beautifully crafted making every aspect and scene it has to offer a beautiful sight to behold, whether it is the far off Volcano’s or the up close buildings, landscapes, flowers and trees, yeah we have trees again in Borderlands, some enemies you can expect to fight here you have encountered in Sir Hammerlock’s Big Game Hunt, Craboids which are native to Wham Bam Islands. The Pirates make an appearance again here on Wham Bam giving you the perfect time to kick some pirate booty again, along with a few others you can find whilst exploring Wham Bam Island.

Entry
Abandon hope all ye who enter here!
