Absolutely gorgeous… One memorable experience led to another!

Gameplay & Controls:
The game released first on consoles and later on PC: Game handling is flawless on consoles. Key layout is comfortable and easy to get used to.
On PC the game can be played with either keyboard and mouse or with a controller. Here it comes down to personal preference. Either option works perfectly without an issue.
No Final fantasy title requires an introduction. They usually look similar in terms of visual and gameplay, but somehow Square Enix manages to perfectly create a brand-new title that never disappoints. Final Fantasy XIII comes packed with so much joy that it will keep you entertained for days.

Fate can sometimes be cruel and without reason or explanation. Experience how one act entangles several other people and changes their lives forever. Take control of six unique characters, all with their own unique backgrounds, hopes and dreams and lead them in an effort to change their fate.
Graphics:
To say that this game is beautiful would be an understatement. Final Fantasy XIII has been beautifully optimized for PC. It runs beautifully and renders the games content just as beautifully.
Every little detail of this game has been carefully created and combined to paint one jaw dropping marvel. Character models are as superb as can be. Every character has their own characteristics and appearance. Facial features can be seen as emotions rise and fall.
The levels or areas that you explore have received the same amount of love. Every area has been beautifully crafted for us to explore. They are vibrant and very welcoming. The monster details are just as stunning. There are so many different types of beast and other things that you go up against and every single one of them looks absolutely alluring.
All of this is further improved with the magnificent lighting effects. The cinematics have a divine realistic element to them as they play out before our eyes.
There are several settings that we can alter to tweak how our game runs.
Sounds:
Pure joy! The background sounds liven up the atmosphere as you play the game. The gentle soundtrack enhances this experience tenfold. There are unique tracks for specific areas that combine perfectly with one another.
Voice artists did a fantastic job to give each character their own personalities that are clearly expressed during the events of the game. The entirety of the sound enhances this game and is a key part of what makes it so beautiful to experience.
Replayability:
There are numerous side quests for you to partake in once you have completed the main story line. Along with that are several achievements/ trophies that will require quite a bit of effort to obtain.

When it comes down to the numbers this is a brilliant Final Fantasy title. It may be lacking in some departments, however, what it offers works out beautifully.
The game is mostly semi open world which might not seem all that great but the way that the story unfolds and plays out works rather well here, and it does get better.
The story line is a work of art. You have six characters that form your party; one event changed their lives forever. You witness and experience this as you set out to change the outcome. Experience their happiness, their sadness and their growth with each step that you take.
There is so much more to this game, that once you start you will not be able to let go. It will keep you and it will entertain you. Final Fantasy XIII will be one memorable experience for you.
