Some key points that this game add on has to offer:
- Insomnia City Ruins – new map leading straight to the game’s climactic end
- Armiger Unleashed – powered-up combat mode
- First-Person View – mode allowing players to see Eos through Noctis’s eyes
- Royal Cruiser – open-sea exploration, new fishing spots and recipes
- Regalia Type-D – new acquisition and enhancement quests
- Additional Achievements and Trophies
Replayability:
This DLC adds onto the base game by expanding it with new features and content.
MGR Gaming’s Conclusions:
Final Fantasy XV Royal Pack might seem like just another DLC at first glance. However, once you carefully look into what it does you will see that it is so much more.
Starting off there is First-Person view, we get to see the world of Eos through the eyes of Noctis. This might not seem like much, but if you are a First-person fan then this will blow you away. The Regalia has another upgrade available; taking things off road in more than just words, and with this upgrade comes several quests as well! The Royal cruiser now offers open-sea exploration along with new fishing spots and recipes.
For the hunters there are new Achievements/ Trophies available too. The Armiger Unleashed gets a totally badass upgrade that takes you to a whole new level of kicking ass. Then there is the Insomnia City Ruins new map that leads you straight to the games end.
All in all, not a super DLC, but for a Final Fantasy fan this is a must have package.
