Aesthetics:
Menacing. The Overwatch Reaper has many variants but this one is the original and strikes fear into his beholder. His stance and outfit says he means business. His mask is terrifying to look at, and it appears to add to his eerie appearance.
Funko went all out when creating the details on this figurine, from his matt black hood to his overcoat with all the metal details on the back, his weapons, and the ammo belt he carries right down to the threatening badass silver boots he wears.
This Reaper Funko will give your collection that extra touch of “darkness” that every collection needs. Silent but deadly is the image he portrays and stays true to his character in-game.
Functionality:
This Funko is versatile as it can be displayed both mint in box and out of its display box, his arms do not move but his head does rotate all the way around which gives you a little freedom when posing him.
This particular Funko figurine doesn’t come with a stand to assist with stability, but with the design of his feet pointing outwards, he is relatively stable to stand without help.
Hardcore collectors will want to display him mint in box and that is ok because he has such a strong presence that it will show right through the box and showcase this striking little Funko.
MGR Gaming’s Conclusions:
We conclude that this little guy makes a great Funko and they really outdid themselves with this figurine in every way. Because of the high-quality materials used by Funko to produce their figurines, you can expect this little fellow to last for many moons if you take proper care of him.
There is nothing like the original, even though there are many variants of this Funko. He is unquestionably a collector’s delight, and as a Funko collector of any kind, he will be your pride and joy. There are six Funkos in this particular collection including Tracer, Reaper, Widowmaker, Pharah, Soldier: 76, and a 6” Winston.
So in the end we highly recommend this Reaper Funko for your collection or in any capacity to be displayed in your home or office or anywhere where he will have all eyes on him.
