Her head does turn 360 degrees which will give you more variety when deciding where to display her.
This Funko as with all genuine Funko Pops is made of very durable vinyl and if cared for properly will last you many moons.
This Funko does have an age warning on the box of 17+, even though she herself is for all ages the Resident Evil franchise where she comes from is not so caution is advised here.
