Replayability:
This DLC adds onto the base game, expanding it by offering an additional game mode that offers a much more challenging experience.
MGR Gaming’s Conclusions:
If you like it the hard way, Kovac’s way is the way to go! Everything has been streamlined to add to the challenge, to make sure you do not survive! Will you beat the odds, or will you become Zombie food?
Kovac’s way changes the entire way the game is played.
Here are some of the changes:
- Drop rate and re-population of certain resources has been decreased.
- Weather event: Rain!
- Flash light modification. Needs to be recharged.
- Addition of electric generator close to safehouses.
- Wells don’t always have water; they deplete over time and refill with rain.
- Camp fires need flints to be lit and will extinguish over time.
- Objects’ durability: Boomerang, arrows, wooden sticks.
- Enemies’ damage Increased.
- Pause removal in inventory.
- New Unique armor items.
- Living Animal: Bears and Crocodiles.
- Zombie Animal: Bears and Crocodiles.
This new game mode can be played online, solo or in multiplayer. The perfect way to try Story Mode out!
