Site Build & Layout:
I must admit that the website is running very smoothly. It was put together properly with ample information available. It is easy to see where what is on the website.
At a quick glance, it is easy to see that they focused on user-friendliness, which is always welcome.
Detailed descriptions are available for every applicable product once you go to its page. This is always essential because this here is what helps us decide whether the product is what we are looking for.
Site Navigation:
The site is very responsive and quite easy to navigate. It is very easy to find your way around the site. The tabs are all properly named making it more than easy enough to find what you are looking for.
If you are using the search bar, searching for a specific product, along with the product or products comes a whole list of filter options on the sidebar. Here you can filter out product types to get a selection of goods specifically to what you are looking for.
Checkout & Payment:
Their payment and checkout process are actually very simple. You have a chance to see your cart before proceeding to the delivery options. If your order is above R450. 00 then your delivery is free.
Do note that this does not apply to larger items such as TVs. They have different delivery fees listed under their delivery info page pertaining to larger items.
There are many payment options for you to choose from. Whether it is a form of cash such as EFT or Card payment or on credit, they have several options for you to choose from. Mobicred, PayFlex, and RCS are a few of the other payment methods they have.
Once you made your payment, you will you will be given your order number and the option to print your receipt. Even though I made this purchase and paid for it on a Sunday, is still received my confirmation within 10 minutes after I paid for it.
Packaging & Shipping:
Here I must admit I was not too impressed. They packaged my product in a larger enough box. They also added enough bubble wrap, however, my product was not actually wrapped in the bubble wrap, the bubble wrap was merely packed inside the box.
If the aim was to prevent it from moving around too much, more bubble wrap should have been used. Fortunately, my product itself packaging has proper support for its contents preventing accidental damages.
The delivery time is usually between two and five days, however as they stated; It can take longer if the final destination is an outlying area. I received my cooler four days after purchase. Well within their advertised time frame.
MGR Gaming’s Conclusions:
Incredible Connection does not always come up in the where to buy this discussion. Indeed, they don’t always carry a good name, especially in the tech scene. Overpriced or other issues not pertaining to this review.
However, on the online shopping front, I found the entire experience to be very easy and efficient. Price-wise, their prices were very competitive against other retailers.
They had a sale on during the time of purchase. However, even not on sale, the product’s actual price was still very competitive against other retailers selling my purchased product.
I had a very pleasant experience here, and most probably will use them again for a future purchase.
