Enemy
Gargoyle’s joined the fray.

Replayability:

This content adds onto the base game itself, adding numerous new locations and quests to the base game.

Clock
It’s adventuring time!

MGR Gaming’s Conclusions:

The Dawnguard DLC adds a whole lot of new content to the game and completes some of the older aspects that felt a tad unfinished.

For starters we now have the means to craft more than just Dragonbone armour, but an entire arsenal of weapons have been added to the crafting tree, now we can fully equip ourselves in the bones of our enemies! These items have been remarkably well drawn and implemented into the game.

Ally
New Side kick that packs a powerful kick!

Numerous other new weapons and gear have been added to the game, to keep it simple, numerous Dawnguard and Vampire related armour and weapons can now be found in the game, however one completely new design has been added.

The Crossbow, and it packs some serious punch. Along with new weapons and gear, several new locations have been added that you will travel too, two of which are powerful fortresses that can be made your new home should you wish.

Boss
He has to die!

Then as I mentioned above, a werewolf perk system has been added to the game and one for the Vampire Lord as well; We are all familiar with the Werewolf ability that we can take, but with the Dawnguard DLC the Vampire Lord is another ability that has been added. Just like the transformation you undergo with the Werewolf, so will you transform into a new monster when you transform into the Vampire Lord, A powerful ability in its own right.

Both of these transformations have been given their own skill tree with skills that unlock new abilities as you gain experience for them, unlocking powerful upgrades and abilities, making these transformations a deadly must have force.

Dinner
Dinner is served!

The new quest line has been brilliantly presented adding to our already memorable experience in Skyrim. The story as usual is given to us by choice, we can take sides and the follow the path through to the end. To avoid spoiling a brilliant journey that is all I have to say, however, the story is very fun and adventurous to explore and play out.

Last but not least, the feature to change our appearance has been added so for those that want or require a makeover, it is finally in your reach.

Castle
I wonder if there is enough space to store my loot!

Through and through a brilliant add on.

MGR Gaming Score 9
