Here is how to obtain Guts, one of the new additions included with Patch 1.6 as part of the Edgerunners DLC
Guts is an iconic variant of the “Budget Arms Carnage” in Cyberpunk 2077. The weapon used to belong to Rebecca of Dave Martinez’s crew.
The guts has a special modification that converts its damage to chemical damage and increases the chance of poison on hit.
The Guts can contain 8 shells each holding 20 pellets, although it has a slower rate of fire and reloading, a wider dispersion, and significantly more recoil. The bullets from the weapon can ricochet up to three more times.
Luckily this weapon is easy enough to acquire and you won’t have to complete any side quests etc to achieve it.
All you will need is the 1.6 patch installed.
The “Guts” is located in some bushes in Corpo Plaza all you have to do is find it.
You must go to Memorial Park, which is outside of Arasaka Tower in Corpo Plaza’s downtown, to locate Guts. The quickest route there is to first arrive at either the Arasaka Tower or Memorial Park fast transit stations on the Metro.
As soon as you get there, climb the steps and go to Memorial Park, where holographic fish are swimming above the glass floor. Fans of the program Edgerunners should be familiar with this place. On the side of the plaza that faces away from Arasaka Tower, in the southwest, check the shrubs for clues.
There will be three monks seated close by.
Guts will be underneath a bush atop a blood stain in the grass.
This is one of the easier weapons to acquire it is one of those rare treasures you just have to know where to find it.
