Diablo-II-Resurrected-System-Specifications-Announced-2

Diablo II Resurrected has had its System Specifications announced and luckily they aren’t hellish.

Diablo is a very popular franchise and has been ever since the first game’s release way back in 1997. Diablo II was extremely well-received and the game was built on the success of its predecessor. Diablo II is a hack and Slash with a dark fantasy and horror theme developed by Blizzard North and published by Blizzard Entertainment in 2000.

The game was cited as being one of the “greatest video games ever made”, which is a bold statement indeed.

Diablo II: Resurrected System Specifications Announced

Diablo II: Resurrected is an upcoming remaster of the once-great Diablo II. It is set for release on  Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Windows, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X and Series S platforms in 2021.

The remaster mainly updates the original game’s graphics and network functions and does not change any of its item systems or game balance. Diablo II Resurrected overlays upgraded 3D models atop the original Diablo II’s 2D sprites, and is designed to toggle between the legacy and upgraded visuals with a button press. Its cutscenes were also remastered.

Diablo II  Resurrected supports 4K graphics resolution and 7.1 Dolby Surround sound.

The developers have also added a shared stash which allows players to transfer items between their own characters, unlike the original where we needed a “mule” character to facilitate an item transfer.

Blizzard released the requirements along with news that the game will support mods.
