For Those Players that have been experiencing bugs in the new installment of Dying Light, never fear Techland is on it.
Dying Light fans have anticipated the launch of the newest installment dubbed Dying Light 2: Stay Human for a while now and as with most new games number 2 has had its share of bugs since its release on the 4th.
There was already a day one patch released which took care of more than a few bugs, over 1000 to be exact but still, players complained about issues on all the platforms the game was released on.

Techland recognized early feedback in a statement, noting that it expects to address difficulties with co-op connectivity and numerous in-game objects first. The statement stated:
“Dear gamers, thank you for your feedback. Two things on the top of our list: disconnects in co-op mode and problems with redeeming awards, codes, and other in-game content, including Twitch Drops from TechlandGG. Our team is on it. We will update you on the progress.”

Some of the major issues encountered are as follows:
- Flickering and black screen flashes
- Poor performance on Xbox, PlayStation, and PC
- Can’t connect to online friends
- Dying Light 2 won’t launch on PC
- Preorder items missing
Techland has already started fixing these issues and says they will “ be continuing to add more in the coming days.”
Improved co-op stability, fixes for missing textures and audio difficulties, issues with the redemption of in-game awards from Twitch drops and the like, and performance enhancements for DLSS and ray tracing are among the hotfixes already available.
Fixes for game-crashing problems, circumstances that might cause indefinite black screens, AI dead body duplication in co-op, and players being unable to sell valuables to vendors, as well as further DLSS enhancements, are all on the way for the PC version of the game this week, according to Techland.

The Dying Light 2: Stay Human developer is also reportedly planning fixes for the mouse key-binding issues and support for custom mouse buttons, which could possibly let players enable English VO even if their local language is not English.
Additional video settings and backup saves are also on the way, as well as corrections for story blocks that finish in a death loop and a few visual bugs that pop up in the hospital during the Markers of Plague quest.
The game has already received many positive reviews from major news outlets, and with all of Techland’s planned improvements, it is poised to become one of the more popular games in its genre.
