Fans of the apocalypse genre will be pleased to learn that Dying Light 2: Stay Human will receive five years of free and paid content updates following its release.
Techland is doing it again, as with Dying Light they supported the game by offering weapon bundles to vehicles to new arcade-inspired game modes, though the most notable expansion for the game was “The Following”, which was extremely popular.
The announcement was made via Twitter that Dying Light 2 will be supported for at least five years after its release, including new events, locales, narratives, and in-game items.

The game was revealed about four years ago, but it will only be launched on the 4th of February this year. The news that the game would most likely contain 500 hours of content to complete stunned enthusiasts recently.
In the above tweet, the devs said:
” We guarantee to expand the world of Dying Light 2: Stay Human for at least five years post-launch with new stories, locations, in-game events, and all the fun stuff you love.”
With the mention of a “world expansion” and “in-game items” too which is a hopeful tidbit for fans.

The open world of Dying Light 2 looks to be quite expansive giving fans a lot to do and explore, many buildings to climb and parkour over, and don’t forget enemies to destroy.
The parkour itself will have over 3000 parkour animations to give a more fluid-free running experience. Tools such as a grappling hook and a paraglider also aid traversal in the city.

You can also use the undead to break your fall. The game will mostly be melee fighting with the use of melee weapons. Said melee weapons only have a limited lifespan though and will degrade as you use them in the game. There are also a few long-range weapons in play such as crossbows, shotguns, and spears.
Other features will include new zombies that have been added and as in the first installment, they will be slow and sluggish during the day and faster at night. Aiden can also utilize superhuman skills due to the infection.
Dying Light 2’s official website also hints that the game will receive at least two more big paid story DLCs, in addition to the free content upgrades Techland released via Twitter so which is promising for those who are in love with Dying Light and its storyline.
