In these tough times where the entire country is being asked to stay at home, we are all suffering but none more than the animals in our nation’s wildlife facilities. Now even gamers are coming together to save the animals.
One such organization that is feeling the brunt of this epidemic and the lack of visitors is the Cango Wildlife Ranch based in Oudtshoorn.
The Cango Wildlife Ranch in South Africa and its NPC wing, the Cheetah Preservation Foundation, are both in danger due to the worldwide COVID-19 lockdown. There are 4604 animals that need your help in this difficult and uncertain time.
In an initiative by this organization to raise much-needed funds for the care and upkeep of these animals and their keepers, they have devised a clever plan.
They will be hosting a Gaming/streamer weekend.
This weekend will run from the 24th-26th April 2020.
Basically, you will choose from one of the streamers on the Cango Wildlife Ranch page, while you’re watching these live streams (you are encouraged to watch multiple streams) you can click on the donate link and donate to this worthy cause.
We urge our fellow gamers if you can help to donate. After all we are in this together. Let us be a voice to those who can’t speak for themselves.
