New Update Adds Environmental Challenges and Gameplay Rebalance
The latest patch for Helldivers 2 is now live, bringing with it a slew of new and dangerous planetary conditions that will test the mettle of players venturing into the unknown. Developer Arrowhead has introduced a range of environmental hazards, including meteor showers and fiery tornados, to spice up the liberation efforts on distant worlds. Additionally, the update includes a comprehensive rebalance of gameplay mechanics, promising a fresh experience for veteran and new players alike.
Among the notable changes in the patch is the adjustment of Eradicate missions, which now demand more kills and present increased enemy encounters, effectively doubling the intensity of this mode.
