Diablo 4’s First Christmas Featured Winter Holiday Events
Midwinter Blight:
Diablo general manager Rod Ferguson, as well as production directors Tiffany Wat and Chris Wilson, took the stage at BlizzCon’s opening ceremony on November 3 to demonstrate how Christmas will look for Diablo 4 players this year.
“Ever wonder what the holidays are like in Sanctuary? Well, now you can find out in the first seasonal event, Midwinter Blight. Trudge through the snow-laden, winter terror-land of Fractured Peaks, and be sure to keep your eyes peeled for a mysterious, red-cloaked terror!”
Diablo 4 Christmas Presents:
The Midwinter Blight Holiday Event begins on December 12 and lasts three weeks, ending on January 2nd. The event kicks off in Kyovashad’s Hibernal Square, where you’ll meet Gillian the Wandering Bard.
Fight sinister snowmen and their boss, the Red Cloaked Horror, to obtain resources that will help you progress through the event. Restoring the Midwinter Square will grant players festive rewards such as weapons and back trophies.
More information about Midwinter Blight will be released as we approach the Christmas season.
