Minecraft’s Latest Expansion Now Has A Release Date

Minecrafts-Latest-Expansion-Now-Has-A-Release-Date

Minecraft is a game that has been around for years and almost everyone has played it. It’s received some big updates and changes over the years, but since the addition of the Nether, that realm has been mostly untouched. Until now! This update has been available for a few months through the snapshots, but it’s finally getting a full release and it’s pretty soon!

This update comes to a computer screen near you on the 23rd of June, but only the Java and Windows 10 versions so far. This update brings a plethora of additions and changes, from new mobs and blocks to a complete biome system in the Nether. It adds a new soundtrack for the Nether and for the first time in a long time, a new music disc namely; Pigstep by Lena Raine. Lena Raine composed the OST for the critically acclaimed Celeste, and Pigstep does not fail to live up to expectations.

So if you, like me, are an avid Minecraft player, set a reminder in your calendar and get ready to search for that rare Netherite. If you haven’t played it yet, what better time to hop in? Newbie or Pro, grab your pickaxe and sword, and I’ll see you in the Nether!
