This could potentially be the leaked release date of March 2024

Dragon’s Dogma 2’s release date will be revealed later today. Dragon’s Dogma 2 will get a 15-minute showcase later today, November 28, as Capcom announced earlier this month, and it will be an “info-packed” presentation. We know some of that information will be the Dragon’s Dogma 2 release date, thanks to game director Hideaki Itsuno’s tweet below.

And, in case you were wondering, the showcase will take place later today, on November 28, rather than tomorrow, on November 29. The presentation technically does not take place until November 29 in Japan, so the timing of Itsuno’s tweet may have caused some confusion.

Interesting Characters will grace Dragon's Dogma 2

You can watch the entire showcase down below. This should be our first extended look at Dragon’s Dogma 2 gameplay; we’ve seen very little of the sequel to the cult-classic RPG since it was announced in June of this year. Let’s hope for a fight with some appropriately monstrous beasts.

We’d be remiss if we didn’t mention that the Dragon’s Dogma 2 release date was apparently leaked online earlier this month. Only a few hours after Capcom announced the showcase, PEGI posted (and then quickly removed) a ratings listing revealing the sequel’s release date of March 22, 2024.

If that’s the release date that’s revealed later today, we’ll only have to wait a few months to get our hands on the highly anticipated sequel.
