Design:
Design-wise, it’s simple and classic, with no unnecessary frills. With a sturdy square base and a hole shape in its design that is eye-catching but not obtrusive, the monitor itself is a sight to behold.
It has a small border around it and a few command buttons on the bottom right, which is a vintage and nostalgic design, yet despite the border, the screen has plenty of room for all of your needs and visibility.
This monitor has a matt finish which really helps as opposed to shiny surfaces that reflect light and can distract you from that all-important kill or major boss fight. In conclusion, this monitor has a beautiful and striking design that is not imposing.
Display & Performance:
The display is 27 inches of loveliness, the max screen resolution is 1920 x 1080 pixels, and the response time is 5 ms. This is a 1080p AOC monitor that features a lot more back tilt than most other similar products, close to 20 degrees, and almost half as much forward tilt.
This is described as a ‘Business’ Monitor. So with 5ms refresh not ideal for gaming but I have had absolutely no issues in this regard and use this particular monitor for gaming and it’s been wonderful.
The unit’s controls are five rectangular buttons on the bottom edge of the screen surround to the right side. Button one allows you to compel D-Sub (VGA) or HDMI to be selected, even if you only have one connection. Button two turns off ‘Clear Vision,’ and the following button changes the tint of this option. Button three provides access to all of the additional options, including Contrast, Brightness, Eco-Mode, and more.
This monitor’s performance is up there with the best of them It’s been amazing and hasn’t given me any problems in the time I have been using it.
User Friendly & Functionality:
I found this monitor to be really user-friendly with the easy-to-use and conveniently located buttons on the bottom right side of the screen.
Five rectangular buttons that serve as the device’s controls are located on the right side of the bottom border of the screen surround.
With only one connection, button one always chooses HDMI, but you can force it to choose D-Sub (VGA). The second button turns off “Clear Vision,” and the third button changes this option’s colour. The third button offers additional options for Contrast, Brightness, Eco-Mode, and more.
It also comes with a desk-friendly cable management design, a VESA mount for operating flexibility, and several connectivity options (including HDMI and VGA). Low Blue Mode and Flicker-Free eye protection are also included to keep your eyes safe during long work sessions.
