Gameplay & Controls:
The game can be played with keyboard and mouse or controller if you are playing on PC. The choice here pretty much comes down to your personal preference. The game is comfortable to play using either of these. Under the hood we have several settings that you can customize your keys and a few other settings.

Explore every inch of Arkham Asylum as you track down Joker who’s causing mayhem and chaos whilst he is out and about inside Arkham Asylum. You have the full power of Batman’s gadgets, fighting abilities and stealth capabilities.
You make use of all these special powers to take down some of Arkham’s worst, either in face to face combat or via stealth; tracking your prey and taking them down one at a time… Cleverly explore Arkham making use of multiple choices and options to go about completing your missions. The Riddler has littered Arkham Asylum with secrets just waiting for you to be found, and with that there are several other collectables just waiting for you.
You are in for the time of your life, the Batman experience of a lifetime awaits you. Hand to hand combat has never been experienced this way before.
Graphics:
One thing that Batman and the City of Gotham has always managed to paint beautifully, is that dark, gloomy atmosphere that hangs over the city, and Batman: Arkham Asylum captured that vibe, feel and atmosphere perfectly.
You blend in with the shadows becoming one with them as you go about doing Bat things… The lighting and shadow effects of the game were created superbly delivering a very lifelike experience.
Level design has been carefully created to sculpt and mould each area into the perfect playground. Batman’s facial features, and combat movements are another fantastic creation, very realistic and an absolute blast to play with.
Under the hood we have several options to customize how the game runs on our systems.
Sounds:
Going for gold! Another remarkable add on to this game; Whether it is character voice acting or background music, you are never alone, there is always something in the background. Whether you are on the rooftops tracking down your next prey, or skulking below in the sewers tracking down some secrets. There are numerous noises and other sounds to add to your entertainment.
The soundtrack for Batman has been beautifully chosen, adding to the already stunning sounds we have. This further enhances your overall batman experience.
Replayability:
Batman: Arkham Asylum offers numerous extras to its gameplay. As you gather secrets you unlock challenges which can be played to truly test your Dark Knight skills, hunting down all these secrets will take you some time as well.
For those that wish for a harder experience, the game offers three difficulties so you can truly test your mettle against Arkham’s best as you take them on in higher difficulties.

Batman: Arkham Asylum is the game we have been waiting for. Up until now we have never had a comic book experience like this. We get to take Batman for a test drive, faced off against some of his worst enemies.
To accomplish this, we have access to all of Batman’s fighting abilities in perfect fluid combat. The combat is so interactive and full of motion that you truly feel one with Batman as you take down these scoundrels. You have access to a wide range of Batman’s gadgets that can all be upgraded as you progress through the story and accumulate enough XP.
The extra challenges that you get to take on as you unlock them further test your skills as Batman, in this Epic game.
