Help Prompto find himself, and reconnect with his past.
Please note that this Review may contain spoilers from the Base game
Some key points that this game add on has to offer:
- Prompto’s very own Episode.
- New items that are carried over to the main game.
- Two new game mode’s; Time Trial and Intensive Training.
Replayability:
Episode Prompto adds a brand new Story to the game; Just like the previous one you will play a standalone episode and once it has been completed you unlock two more modes for the episode to really test your mettle.
MGR Gaming’s Conclusions:
Episode Prompto fills the story gap of what happened when he fell from the train. Broken down and emotionally hurt by what happened, he finds himself lost and mentally not knowing what to do.
Take control of Prompto and help him find himself again. You will go up directly against the Empire and all its creations. This little Episode is full of informative bits that tie in with the main story line making it all that sweeter. It also has some side quests that will seriously test your gunslinger skills.
As before, this Episode is uniquely designed to focus on Prompto’s battle mechanics; with the main being guns. He can pick up a variety of enemy weapons and use them against them. Should you feel the need for an up close and personal experience you have access to a short sword as well.
