What’s New:
If you recall the Base game is all about replay value. Beating your own scores, or those of your friends. That is but one of the many reasons why you would play this game again and again.
The Cure is pretty much the reverse-engineered version of the game. Instead of ending the world, you get to save it…, if you can! Plague Inc is all about the challenge and with this one comes ample challenge.
There are a variety of scenarios that you can tackle, our favourite world enders are no longer our pride and joy, but our mortal enemy as we have to work to stop them from spreading and killing off the human population. To aid us they have given us an extensive skill list to act upon.
MGR Gaming’s Conclusions:
With Covid, the world really is in turmoil and it has affected each one of us differently and most of us are still affected by it if not all of us. Ndemic went ahead and created something beautiful here. The original game is an absolute masterpiece, but what they did here in light of current global events, it’s not only brilliant, it gives you actual insight into what something like this causes on a global scale.
The insight here is quite impressive and if you are an avid player, this information will be quite useful to you the player. We know all about how to spread and get the disease out and about, but now we need to figure out how to stop that in a society that does not always follow the rules…
