Down the rabbit hole we go with Please Find Me. Mystery, mayhem and a hole bag of chaos awaits you here.
Some key points that this game offers:
- Beautiful Visuals.
- Mystery.
- Puzzle Solving Elements.
Gameplay & Controls:
To start things off, the game is still new ; it may not be in Early Access but it has some minor bugs and issues, but as they are reported the development team is doing updates and fixes, so the game will get better as it moves forward.
The game is played in combination with your mouse and keyboard. Our trusty mouse being our eyes and finger tips, then the keyboard managing our movements and actions.
The game handles and plays well, however, I still think there is a bit too much staggering from your character at times and this may affect gamers that suffer from motion sickness.

The gameplay is quite unique, you control Michael as he tries to make sense of this strange and warped reality, he finds himself in. He relies heavily on memory and puzzle solving, most of the entrances and areas that can be explored are closed off and require unique tools to open them up for exploration.
What adds to the challenge here is that the game has no map, or compass system. You merely start exploring from one end until you find a tool or item which may help you gain access to a previously found area that was closed off.
The game offers a lot of mystery and strange happenings, which do not always make sense and makes it hard to keep track of what is happening. The only goal you have is at the back of your mind… Get out of here and that is all you have to guide you forward.

Personally, the game plays well and is fun to explore, however the game requires some polishing to make it just feel more friendly. As it stands the gameplay feels all over the place and it is hard to stay focused or entertained.
Graphics:
The game is really beautiful, a lot of attention to detail went into the making of it to create some unique and terrifying scenes. The atmosphere build up is done very well.
Level and terrain design are on the same quality level, whether you are above or below water, the game looks beautiful. The flora that fills the watery areas is bright, vibrant and a pleasure to look at.

The fish and other fauna, whether they’re friendly or hostile have received the same treatment in this beautifully created department. They have a remarkably realistic and lifelike appearance which adds to the general beauty of the game.
The game has a variety of settings to fully customize your game.
As my comment above mentioned the game requires some polishing, the same goes for some of the visuals, besides the rain, at times the game does feel somewhat blurry and dull visual wise.
Sounds:
The sounds for the game have been implemented very well. The game has this lifelike atmosphere about it, the visuals really enhance it immensely, if you combine that with the realistic sounds, the outcome is a very realistic and lifelike experience in a bizarre and strange nightmare…

Replayability:
The game does not offer much in terms of replay value, it has three endings and numerous loose achievements to obtain, but as far as fun and reason to replay the game goes, it does not offer too much here.
Should some polishing and smoothing out happen to the game this may change.

MGR Gaming’s Conclusions:
Spoilers Ahead:
Please Find Me does a brilliant job in creating and building up an adventurous atmosphere with some random horror occurrences.
At times the game does come across as confusing; you will get stuck and wind up lost. Some quick backtracking will solve this, but initially the lack of a map and compass does limit the overall potential of the game, and Please Find Me has a lot of potential.

The development team did a great job here with this little gem and if they stick to their schedule of tackling and patching occurring issues this game can grow to become a very decent little adventure horror game.
On the story side, things are rather linear, there is no great plot or quest line, we merely have the goal of escaping this warped reality. In some ways this does limit the game but it also keeps things simple enough for what the game is offering.
