Here she is…

Aesthetics:

It may look plain and simple as it stands there, but do not let that fool you. Once this beauty has been plugged in, your world will get rocked.

Sporting an elegant black finish that just blends in no matter where you station it. (The V2 is available in other colours too)

Once you plug this beauty in, it comes to life as the RGB lights up. The design itself may look tall and out of place at first, but the angle, finish and look itself is quite pleasing and very easy on the yes…

The perfect companion

Durability:

It’s Razer so you can rest assured that only the best went into designing this piece of hardware… The V2 has a non-slip base to make sure that it will not move an inch.

The design itself is sturdy and the weighted base adds additional support to the stand to ensure that your headset will not tilt the stand. Overall, the entire look and design of the V2 doesn’t just look decent, but it has that high-tech quality appearance and upon closer inspection, it doesn’t just look the part, it fits the role too.

A beautiful side profile

User Friendly & Functionality:

The V2 supports Razer’s Croma Software so once you plugged it in and your Razer Central downloaded and installed the software, it will register with your connected devices.

From there you can easily add it to your profiles, or customize how you want it to perform. The Chroma software is a powerhouse of features and settings, and this little V2 functions perfectly with Razer Central.

More is always better…

The extra USB ports allow you to extend your connectivity capacity, whether it is for your headset itself, or something else. The V2 offers 2 x USB 3.1 one ports, high speed right at your fingertips.

Last but not least… The V2 offers a 3.5mm combo port with built-in DAC, which also fully supports 7.1 surround sound. I have tried and tested it and it works absolutely amazing… Sure you have a port on your motherboard, but there is only one and you always need more…

MGR Gaming’s Conclusions:

Pricey for sure, but it is Razer, and with Razer comes a hefty price tag… However, unlike other headset stands that come with similar price tags, this one really offers some excellent additional features.

Chroma Support being one, that 3.5mm port, which truly adds to your audio capabilities. Then not one but 2 USB 3.1 ports… It’s an absolutely amazing piece of tech to own. The V2 itself is always very easy on the eyes and definitely adds to your battle station for sure.
