Gameplay & Controls:
This beauty can be played and enjoyed according to your preference. I have played both the console and PC versions of this game. On PC I made use of my keyboard and mouse and a controller. There is no difference in terms of gameplay. It purely comes down to personal preference. This game runs, handles and plays beautifully.
On the PC we have the options to remap our keys to our exact wants and needs further allowing for absolute comfort.
If you thought the 2013 reboot was amazing, then you are in for one massive surprise. Rise Of The Tomb Raider is bigger and better in every way… The stakes are higher, the story is more captivating and the gameplay…, they took it to a whole new level of fun and entertainment.

Beyond beautiful…. Realism has taken new strides here! The environments are an absolute splendour to witness… The elements and weather are other marvels, instead of playing the game you can lose yourself in the beauty that is displayed in front of you… It truly is a memorable experience.
This world is filled with detail, whether it is big or small! The natural landscapes are full of lush greenery that is realistic and beautiful to behold. The Man-made structures, objects, and other oddities received the same beautiful creative input. Above or below ground, the scenery matches the atmosphere.
Shadows and lighting made new leaps here as well. The light isn’t just flashy light, nor are the shadows just dark spots. They blend with the surroundings to create the perfect visual atmosphere, and this truly transforms the game into a marvel to play and experience.
Character models are just as beautifully done; from facial features and expressions to posture and behaviours. It has all been created beautifully and implemented perfectly.
The beauty behind this marvel will not soon be forgotten!
Sounds:
Musical perfection… Howling winds, the roar of thunder in the sky as the rains pour down all around you… The sounds are so realistic that you can feel the weather elements as they take place…
Voice over artists did an absolutely fantastic job bringing their characters to live. The remarkable facial features and expressions along with the voice overs truly shape and liven up the game characters.
The soundtrack for the game is perfect… The perfect exploration companion, whether you are hunting or going for a stroll. The music has your back and will never let go!
Replayability:
The game features several difficulties for you to try out along with various challenges. The game world itself is massive, and besides the brilliant single-player campaign, this Tomb Raider has numerous side quests and additional exploration areas that can be explored. There is a multiplayer mode for you and friends or if you like it random, you vs the net…
The game has quite a few achievements/ trophies to hunt down as well.

A Man-made marvel; Rise of the Tomb Raider is an absolute perfect sequel to an absolute masterful remake. It is not often that a reboot is as great and for the sequel to be even greater is an even rarer occurrence. However, here we scored. Thus far we got to experience an amazing reboot followed by a perfect sequel.
The story is bigger, the stakes are higher and the experience unforgettable… Another memorable experience you get to play, live, and experience as you help Lara become who she has been destined to be… You are in for a world of fun and entertainment. The extra weapons and bigger crafting tree are an absolute joy! More weapons are always a good thing and the side quests have really upped the playtime too.
Beauty beyond measure, storytelling at its best, and an experience unlike anything else… What more could you want!
Rise Of The Tomb Raider is the best Tomb raiding experience to date. Lara has once again proven that there is no force, be it human or supernatural that will stand in her way, and you get to experience that as she Rises to be the Tomb Raider, we all know and love!
