A quick guide to the Incident at White Orchard
During The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt’s prologue, the quest Lilac, and Gooseberries concludes with the Incident at White Orchard. The quest takes less than a minute to complete and is the shortest in the game.
Below is a short walk-through of the quest:
Return to the White Orchard inn after finishing The Beast of White Orchard to speak with Vesemir. Once you do, you will leave White Orchard and will fail many of the secondary quests in the area if you haven’t completed them.
When you talk to Vesemir, a cutscene plays as he points out that several bandits are waiting for a fight. However, despite their attempts to avoid conflict, events lead to both witchers getting into a fight.
Once you kill the bandits, Geralt and Vesemir are thrown out of the inn, only to be greeted by a Nilfgaardian patrol led by Yennefer, the person you’ve been searching for.
The objective of this quest is to Kill the bandits whereafter you will finally come face to face with Yennefer which is who you have been searching for up till this point.
