Company-Of-Heroes-3-Launches-In-November

Relic Entertainment is bringing Company of Heroes 3 to Steam on the 17th of November with new campaigns and new factions.

Company Of Heroes 3 is a much-anticipated RTS that will now be coming on the 17th of November this year. The game is being developed by Relic Entertainment and published by Sega for Microsoft Windows.

The game was initially announced in July of last year and has since then peaked a lot of interest among fans of the series.

The game is shaping up to be quite large with a huge new Italian campaign as well as a new North-African operation with a brand new faction: the Deutsche Afrika Corps on their push back across North Africa against the British Forces.

The maps will reportedly be a lot more “wide-open” with plenty of deserts for players to try out their tanks in.

There will now be four playable factions at launch which is double that of Company of Heroes 2. These four factions will be the United States Forces, The Wehrmacht, the DAC, and the British Forces.

The game will also have competitive and cooperative multiplayer modes with new mechanics, and more units than ever before! Play cooperatively against AI with up to four players or participate in fierce PvP battles in scenarios ranging from 1v1 to 4v4.

The official trailer for Company Of Heroes 3 – North Africa Trailer:

You can play the Mission Alpha now to the 19th of July, click here to play the mission now. You will need to sign up for Relic’s Community feedback program – COH Development though.

If you happen to have any previous pre-alpha builds installed, the Mission Alpha should appear in your Steam library automatically.

Relic has also released a Dev Diary for the game and you can check that out below:

The studio assembled a player council at the start of production by recruiting modders and competitive gamers. The council collaborated with Relic throughout preproduction to decide on the mechanical focus and setting for the next entry.

Relic seems to be focused on including their fans in the decision-making of this new installment which will ensure the success of the game.

Stay tuned as we bring you more information as it becomes available about the gameplay, etc.
