For those that require some further motivation, you can check out our full review for the base game. Lords of the Fallen Game of the Year is probably a title that will only be picked up by fans, a few newcomers that want to give it a try and then perhaps some more hopeful ones. The sale of it might motivate these numbers greatly.

Unfortunately, a lot of potential was lost with this game, there was so much more that the developers could have done to prolong and improve this game to make it more yet they never did. As it stands the base game itself was playable and enjoyably so. It felt empty at times but we still had a good time. Multiplayer never really happened and the DLC’s that followed for the game was never more than a moments add on which never plays off well.

As it stands this game has a lot of wasted potential, it for sure worth it to give it a try, just know that it will feel lacking.
