Aesthetics:

The Nari might look simple, but there is elegance in simplicity, and the Nari showcases this perfectly. The ear cups look a tad on the large side, but that is so that almost any ear size can fit comfortably inside of them instead of the cups resting over the ears.

The ear cups are also sporting the razer logo on both sides that lights up once the headset is turned on.  Along with light the light-up logo, there is also some mesh that serves as the basis of the outside ear cups, adding a neat level of protection and visual aesthetics to the headset.

This headset is an absolute beauty

The dual headband is actually a marvel, it doesn’t just look good, but serves another even greater feature. The mic is also retractable which means when it is not in use you can put it away. Looking at the Nari, she does look very simple, but there is great beauty in that look, especially when you look into all the smaller things that make her truly stand out.

Comfort:

Here is where simplicity meets next-gen tech… That dual headband I mentioned above consists of two bands, inner and outer. The outer being fixed. The inner one has this unique auto-adjust feature where you don’t need to fiddle with getting the size just right. You merely equip the Nari and she adjusts accordingly, making the whole process easily and comfortably.

The cushions that rest against our heads tend to usually warm up with extended use which adds in creating that annoying warming sensation and even adds to sweating.  The Nari’s comes equipped with Cooling Gel-Infused Cushions which ensures that they will reduce heat build-up during extended use.

The high-density foam on the rims of the earcups are wrapped in plush leatherette. Combined they not only make for comfortable wearing but perform really well in aiding noise cancelation. The earcups also swivel, and you know what that means, extra wearing comfort whilst in use…

Let’s not forget, that it is wireless, so we have no wires to contend with. The Nari is an absolute dream to use, she is extremely lightweight and very comfortable to wear. Whether it is for quick rapid sessions or an all-nighter, she is absolutely a dream to wear.

Even better in real life

Durability:

The outer frame is made of Aluuminium, so not only does it offer a stylish finish, it makes the headset itself extra durable. The retractable mic allows you to put it away whilst not in use. This is not only a QOL feature but also protects the mic from getting damaged.

The frame itself is very sturdy thanks to the aluminium body, but if you take a closer look at the Nari as a whole. You will see that every part has been carefully designed to offer maximum comfort and durability.

With the name, Razer comes Durability

Even the inner frame is made from high-quality materials. The power cables themselves are thicker than normal and they’ve been given additional play to ensure that there won’t be an accidental snag. The mesh on the outside of the earcups doesn’t just look good, but they also serve to add stability and durability to the Nari.

The Nari might be basic looking, but this beauty is a beast and she was made with nothing but the absolute best materials available.

User Friendly & Functionality:

Plug, allow Razer Central to download the drivers and play… It really is that simple. The Nari is rather easy to use and set up. The Nari also sports numerous audio-based additional features to make your life even better.

The Nari has two volume controls, one for the general volume and the other game/chat balance. This control allows users to adjust just how exactly you want the game and chat volume levels at. Further adding to its functionality is the Noise-canceling microphone to help keep your in-game chat as clear as possible.

THX Spatial Audio

MGR Gaming’s Conclusions:

Very pricey for sure, but after taking her for a spin, she is definitely worth it. She has so much to offer in terms of features, big and small. One of the best features she has to offer is the new THX Spatial Audio, taking surround sound to a whole new level. I can honestly say that to date the Nari has been the headset with the best surround sound for me. It is out of this world in terms of surround sound, immersion, and realism… She truly set a new bar.

Retractable mic

The auto-adjusting strap really makes it so much easier to get comfort without actually having to do anything. Battery life is pretty amazing, even with RGB turned on. The game/chat balance is another fantastic new feature that allows you to fine-tune just how your volume works on which aspect for you, this and Discord certification makes the Nari perfect for gaming with friends.

Comfort is pretty much the go-to for me, I was not too fond of the Corsair Void’s, they were great, I enjoyed the weight, and their sound was amazing. However, due to the shape of the earcups, it was never comfortable to wear for long periods of time.

The one and only issue I found with those, but ultimately a big issue for me personally. The Nari however fits perfectly and I can easily wear her for two days straight, just stopping to charge while I game on… This has been tried and tested… She is an absolute stunner.

Made with only the best possible materials, the Nari was built to last, quality audio, and powerful software to ensure your audio capacity is next-level stuff. An absolute yes!
