MGR Gaming’s Conclusions:

The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion®: The Thieves Den adds a new home base location for the player. It specializes for characters that play the stealth based game.

Once fully upgraded this hideout offers a wide range of goodies.

Bed
A Pirates life for me.

As you upgrade it numerous pirates will join your crew.

There are several unique weapons and Armor that can be acquired once the hideout has been fully upgraded.

Several vendors can be acquired via upgrading the lair, including a fence to bring all your stolen loot to.  New spells can also be obtained via the vendors, once upgraded.

Black
Now that is a fancy home.

Some unique books are also obtainable here.

Last but not least, once the hideout is fully upgraded you can send your pirates out to plunder and upon their arrival, they will stash your share in the Captains quarters.

All in all, the perfect add on for scallywags.

Crew
The crew is getting bigger.
